Please don't return any items including repairs, watches for service e.g battery change without a given Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please include all information possible when returning your clock/watch for repair, replacement, or credit. Please include a note with your name, phone number, order number, and what you would like us to do (replace, repair, credit, etc.) so we can help you quickly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must include proof of purchase, original product packaging and instructions. We do not replace or accept returns for products that are not in new condition, products that are damaged, or products that have missing parts.
Please examine all items as soon as you receive them as any claims of damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within 5 days of receipt.
